Aerodrome Group, an Israeli company that develops unmanned aerial vehicles for military and civilian use, has seen its share price surge by 830 percent in just three months, lifting its market value to nearly 225 million New Israel Shekels from a low of 24 million. The rally follows a series of announced investments that are pending shareholder approval and would allocate roughly half of the company’s share capital to new investors.

A group of investors is set to acquire a 35 percent stake for 41 million New Israel Shekels, with one investor becoming the controlling shareholder. Additional investments include 6.8 million New Israel Shekels from IBI Investment House and 9.2 million New Israel Shekels from AgEagle Aerial Systems, alongside talks to establish a joint marketing and distribution operation in the United States.

The renewed interest comes despite past governance concerns. The Israel Securities Authority previously reported serious shortcomings in board oversight and decision making, and company offices were searched in December 2025 as part of an investigation involving former and current executives. The company had also faced a sharp decline in its share price after a defense ministry order was reduced and reporting of the change was delayed.

Investors cite strong demand in the defense sector and growing reliance on autonomous drone technologies as key drivers. While some warn that valuations across the sector may be overheated, participants in the latest fundraising rounds emphasize that their investments were made at significant discounts to the current market price.
