A cluster bomb munition struck the Drom Hasharon Regional Council in central Israel on Sunday night following an Iranian missile barrage across the region. Local officials confirmed that no casualties were reported, and emergency responders were dispatched to assess the scene.
In nearby Petah Tikva, fire and rescue teams conducted searches at four locations after reports of shrapnel damage caused by intercepted missiles. Authorities said no individuals were trapped and no significant destruction was found.
Emergency medical teams responded to several sites across the country. While no direct injuries from the strike were reported, a few people were hurt while rushing to shelters and others were treated for panic-related symptoms. Earlier in the evening, a separate barrage targeting northern Israel reportedly resulted in an Iranian missile landing inside Lebanon.
