Recent real estate transactions across Israel highlight continued activity in major cities and regional centers. In Jerusalem, property sales ranged from NIS 1.65 million for a two-room apartment in Armon Hanatziv to NIS 4.92 million for a 3.5-room apartment in Kiryat Hayovel. Other notable deals included a garden apartment in Ramot Hakerem for NIS 4.4 million and a 4.5-room apartment in Beit Hakerem for NIS 3.05 million.

In Netanya, prices varied from NIS 1.88 million for a four-room apartment in the city center to NIS 3.92 million for a five-room house. Additional transactions were reported in Afula and Karmiel, where prices ranged between NIS 800,000 and NIS 2.25 million, as well as in Migdal Ha'Emek, with sales between NIS 500,000 and NIS 1.7 million.

In the south, Kiryat Gat saw multiple deals, including four-room apartments priced from NIS 1.4 million to NIS 1.97 million. All transactions were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
