Two young men aged 19 and 25 were seriously injured in separate shooting incidents in Giv'at Ze'ev and nearby Giv'on HaHadasha. Emergency medical teams evacuated both victims to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem for treatment.
Police have launched an investigation into the shootings, which are suspected to be criminally motivated and connected to a dispute between criminals. A handgun was recovered at one of the scenes.
The commander of the Zion District, Chief Superintendent Shlomi Bachar, arrived at the scene to conduct a situational assessment as authorities continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the incidents.
