Molam restaurant in Tel Aviv is introducing a new happy hour inspired by the vibrant food and bar culture of Bangkok. The experience aims to capture the city's atmosphere, rhythm, and bold flavors through a rotating Thai menu designed for sharing.

Held Monday to Thursday from 18:00 to 19:00, the happy hour offers a five-dish Thai 'table setting' for 39 New Israeli Shekels per diner, equivalent to 440 baht. The menu highlights traditional ingredients and cooking techniques, balancing spice, sourness, sweetness, and umami.

Dishes may include tofu in Sichuan glaze, pomelo salad with fried fish, hard-boiled egg with crispy shallots and tamarind sauce, lightly pickled papaya with house sriracha, and Eisan-style beef tartare. Guests can also enjoy a 30 percent discount on cocktails, beer, and wine during the promotion.
