Viral videos styled like animated building block films are being used as pro Iran propaganda during the ongoing war with the United States. The clips, which depict dying children, fighter jets and political figures, have gained hundreds of millions of views. A representative of Explosive Media, who calls himself Mr Explosive, told the British Broadcasting Corporation that while his company presents itself as independent, the Iranian government is a customer.

The videos promote the message that Iran is resisting a powerful global oppressor and frequently include false or unverified claims, including conspiracy theories about political leaders and disputed accounts of military events. Experts say the content represents a highly sophisticated form of artificial intelligence driven propaganda, designed to appeal directly to Western audiences using culturally familiar imagery.

Researchers describe the strategy as a new phase of online warfare, where states bypass traditional media and communicate through viral memes and rapid response videos. Despite social media platforms removing some accounts, new ones quickly emerge. Analysts warn that this style of digital propaganda increases the risk of confusion, misinterpretation and further escalation in an already deadly conflict.
