Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel supports President Donald Trump's decision to impose a naval blockade on Iran following what he described as violations tied to peace talks in Pakistan.
According to Netanyahu, Iran failed to meet agreed conditions, including implementing a ceasefire and reopening a key strait. He said the breakdown in negotiations stemmed from Iran's actions, which he characterized as a blatant violation of the terms for entering talks.
Netanyahu added that Israel backs the firm stance taken by the United States and is maintaining constant coordination with Washington regarding the situation.
