Koora Break has opened a new regional headquarters in Riyadh as part of its global expansion strategy, following investment from Rio Ferdinand’s The Ferdinand Group. The new facility includes a fully equipped production studio designed to serve as a content, media and technology hub connecting Middle Eastern football culture with audiences in Europe, Asia and other international markets.

The platform, which began as a fast-growing football content outlet, has evolved into a broader sports media and technology business. It now employs more than 50 staff across Riyadh, Dubai, Cairo, Paris and London, supporting its ambition to work with fans, rights holders, brands and media partners worldwide.

As part of its next phase of growth, Koora Break plans to invest in artificial intelligence and launch a new all-in-one mobile football application combining live scores, news, content and interactive fan features. The expansion reflects the wider growth of Saudi Arabia’s sports and digital media sectors, with the company aiming to position itself as a leading football media and technology platform with increasing international reach.
