Fresh de Market Group has opened a new chef restaurant at the Azrieli Ayalon Mall, investing about 2 million shekels in a 250 square meter enclosed space. The venue is designed as an intimate and exclusive destination, offering what the group defines as a Casual Fine Dining experience that blends high end chef cuisine with accessibility and fair pricing.
Led by Chef Shiran Ben Chaim, the Italian Mediterranean menu focuses on seasonal ingredients and fresh daily fish. Signature dishes include rich burrata, fresh fish crudo, handmade pastas, and desserts such as the made to order Cookie Boom. Diners are welcomed by an open kitchen, brick oven aromas, visible flames, and curated music, creating a multi sensory experience inside the busy shopping center.
The restaurant features lush greenery, warm lighting, and a layout that accommodates business meetings, couples, and family gatherings. As part of the group’s broader growth strategy, the new location joins six existing branches across Israel, with additional openings planned this year.
