The Home Front Command has extended early warning times for 49 communities in the Upper Galilee, Lower Galilee, and central Galilee following a comprehensive professional review. The decision was made in cooperation with Northern Command and the Israeli Air Force as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen civilian protection.

According to military officials, the move reflects a commitment to improving defensive readiness through a series of operational and technological adjustments recommended by a team of experts. Local authority leaders have been updated on the changes, which will take effect Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
