Even before visiting the property, Lev-Katz studied the floor plan, dimensions and layout online and felt certain it was the right fit, provided the price was right.
The couple purchased the 125 square meter apartment and transformed it into a warm, character-filled space that reflects Israeli soul and practicality. Drawing inspiration from flea market finds and elements of classic Israeliana design, Lev-Katz infused the home with personality, blending nostalgic pieces with functional solutions tailored to family life.
The result is a thoughtfully designed residence that balances charm and usability, creating a comfortable environment that feels both authentic and uniquely personal.
