In Givatayim, three apartments ranging from 80 to 101 square meters were sold for between 2.87 million and 3.3 million shekels. In Herzliya, a 130 square meter penthouse with balcony, storage room, and two parking spaces fetched 6.4 million shekels.
Kfar Saba saw multiple deals, with prices ranging from 1.95 million shekels for a 77 square meter apartment to 3.93 million shekels for a 141 square meter unit. In Kfar Yona, apartments between 62 and 130 square meters were sold for 1.9 million to 2.64 million shekels.
In the north, Yokneam Illit recorded sales from 1.38 million shekels for a five-room apartment to 4.77 million shekels for a semi-detached house with a large garden. In the south, Netivot transactions ranged from 1.46 million shekels for a four-room apartment to 2.1 million shekels for a garden apartment. All transactions were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
