Recent real estate transactions across Jerusalem, the central region, the north and the south highlight a wide range of apartment prices and sizes. In Jerusalem, four apartments were sold in neighborhoods including Pisgat Zeev North, Har Homa, Emek Refaim and Nachlaot, with prices ranging from 1.98 million shekels for a three-room apartment to 6.2 million shekels for a four-room unit in Emek Refaim.
In the central region, sales in Beer Yaakov and Rosh Ha'ayin included larger family apartments, some with parking and multiple rooms. Prices ranged from 1.25 million shekels for a three-room apartment in Rosh Ha'ayin to 3.9 million shekels for a five-room apartment in Beer Yaakov.
In Haifa and nearby Yokneam, transactions reflected lower price levels compared to the center, with apartments sold between 700,000 shekels and 2.2 million shekels. In the south, Ofakim saw two deals, including a garden apartment that sold for 2.15 million shekels. All transactions were recently reported to the national tax authority.
