Israeli strikes on Lebanon have killed 380 people since a ceasefire in the Israel-Hezbollah war took effect on April 17, according to Lebanon's health ministry. The dead include 22 children and 39 women, out of roughly 2,900 people killed since fighting began on March 2.
Despite the truce, Israel has continued airstrikes and ground operations, with troops operating around 10 kilometers north of the border between the two countries. Under the ceasefire terms released by Washington, Israel maintains the right to act against what it describes as planned, imminent, or ongoing attacks.
