Police are searching for a man who allegedly made antisemitic threats in east London after a video of the incident circulated online. Officers were dispatched to Whitechapel Road in Tower Hamlets on Friday following reports of the footage.

The video reportedly shows the suspect directing threats and slurs at members of the Jewish community. Authorities said they are treating the matter seriously as efforts continue to identify and locate the individual.

Jewish community volunteer group Shomrim said it is aware of what it described as a horrific video and confirmed that police are taking the incident very seriously. The group added that it will increase patrols in the area until the suspect is found.
