Kata Group has begun construction and pre-sale marketing for SQUARE TLV, a new residential tower on Derech Hashalom in Tel Aviv. The 23-story building will include 164 housing units and 750 square meters of street-level commercial space, with expected revenues of about 800 million shekels. The project is part of a larger complex planned to include approximately 1,098 housing units.
The broader development will feature a 13,000 square meter park, around 4,000 square meters of commercial areas, and an educational campus with kindergartens and schools. The company says the neighborhood is designed to create a complete urban living environment with commerce, cafes, public services, and community spaces in the city center.
Pre-sale prices start at 41,000 shekels per square meter. Apartments range from two-room units with balconies and secure residential spaces to larger four- and five-room apartments, mini penthouses, and penthouses. The tower will also offer shared amenities such as a rooftop area, residents' lounge, gym, and leisure facilities. The project is located near major business and commercial hubs in Tel Aviv.
