Shevet Achim Group has announced the creation of a nationwide network of hotels and resorts through three major projects: an expansion of Dream Island Resort ליד Kibbutz Sde Yoav, a new beachfront resort on the Sea of Galilee near Migdal, and a large-scale luxury resort on the Ashkelon promenade. All projects are designed by Izik Levy Architecture and Engineering Office and share a vision that blends nature, contemporary hospitality, advanced culinary concepts and smart technology.
Dream Island Resort is undergoing a significant expansion that will add about 50 private suites built in a Maldives-style setting over a large lake. Each suite will feature its own pool and jacuzzi, alongside presidential suites, a central pool with a bar, new restaurants and landscaped forest surroundings focused on privacy and exclusivity.
A new resort on the Sea of Galilee is scheduled to open in March 2027, offering 93 rooms, many built over the water, with a lively atmosphere that includes rooftop events, a spa, water-integrated seating areas and multiple dining venues. At the same time, the Ashkelon Beach Resort will introduce 98 sea-facing rooms, extensive public spaces and what is described as the largest spa complex in Israel, along with diverse restaurants and smart room technology. Together, the projects mark the group’s transformation into a full-scale resort network with distinct identities at each destination.
