Israeli data security company Cyera has acquired fellow Israeli startup Ryft in a deal estimated to be worth between $100 million and $130 million. Ryft develops automated data management technology that helps organizations securely adopt artificial intelligence systems and autonomous agents.
Although financial terms were not officially disclosed, sources familiar with the transaction said the purchase price falls within that range. Ryft previously raised about $8 million in seed funding, making the acquisition a substantial return for its founders and early investors, including Index Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Cyera’s capabilities in securing data environments as more companies integrate artificial intelligence tools into their operations.
