A magistrate court judge has ordered Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to submit his full and updated medical file as part of a defamation lawsuit he filed against journalist Uri Misgav and attorney Gonen Ben Itzhak. The lawsuit followed public claims made by the defendants regarding Netanyahu’s health condition.

The judge directed that the medical records be delivered in a sealed envelope for his review only and must include the original document stating the exact date of Netanyahu’s prostate cancer diagnosis. The submission must also be accompanied by a signed letter from his personal physician, confirming that the file reflects his complete and current medical condition, with special emphasis on providing the original diagnostic record.
