Two drones struck a South Korean ship near the Strait of Hormuz within the span of a minute, causing significant damage to the vessel's stern. The first explosion ignited a fire in the engine room, setting off an emergency situation onboard.
A second drone hit shortly after, intensifying the blaze and spreading flames across the rear section of the ship. By Sunday night, details of the coordinated attack had become clearer.
Images released on Monday revealed a large hole measuring about five meters wide and seven meters deep in the back of the vessel, highlighting the severity of the damage caused by the strikes.
