United States defense technology company Ondas Holdings has agreed to acquire Israeli defense software developer Omnisys for $200 million. The deal will give Ondas full ownership of the Rosh Ha'ayin-based company, which develops advanced battle resource optimization software designed to support multi-domain defense planning and real-time decision-making.
Omnisys specializes in processing vast amounts of battlefield data and transforming it into actionable operational insights. For more than 25 years, the company has provided planning, mission management, and optimization systems to leading militaries worldwide. Its platform helps commanders make faster and more accurate decisions in complex and rapidly changing combat environments.
Earlier this year, Omnisys unveiled plans to expand its platform with a next-generation counter unmanned aircraft system designed to shift drone defense from reactive responses to proactive threat anticipation. The system creates a detailed digital model of the battlefield and uses artificial intelligence to simulate enemy behavior and optimize operational responses.
The acquisition strengthens Ondas' growing presence in Israel, following several recent purchases of Israeli defense and robotics companies. Ondas said the addition of Omnisys will enhance its integrated autonomous defense solutions and expand the global reach of the Israeli company's technology.
