Chef Motti Titman continues to reshape the culinary scene of the Ono Valley with the launch of a giant New York style pizza night at Jonz in Kiryat Ono. Following the success of his wine bar and café, Titman has introduced a weekly Monday New York evening that pairs oversized pizzas with jazz, blues and soul music, creating a lively urban atmosphere.

The idea was born on Independence Day, when Vered Shoval from 'Game of Chefs' served massive pizzas that drew long lines and enthusiastic crowds. After repeated requests from diners, Titman turned the one time success into a permanent Monday tradition starting at 19:00, replacing the regular menu with a special selection built around the giant pies.

The pizzas feature rustic, fragrant dough that balances between New York and Roman styles, with crisp edges and sturdy slices that can be folded without collapsing. Toppings range from classic margherita and pepperoni to red onion with olives and zaatar, alongside a spicy white corn pizza. The menu also includes a rich Caesar salad, creative cocktails, and a soft tiramisu, making the evening a full dining and entertainment experience with the added bonus of easy parking.
