Hezbollah fired a surface-to-air missile at an Israeli drone operating over southern Lebanon, according to the Israeli military. The military said the missile launch failed and caused no damage or injuries.

Shortly afterward, the Israeli Air Force struck a suspect who fled the launch area on a motorcycle. In a separate earlier incident, Hezbollah launched several explosive drones at Israeli troops in southern Lebanon, but no injuries were reported.

The Israeli military added that several additional Hezbollah drones were intercepted over areas of southern Lebanon where its forces are operating.
